Greetings Vicnent Kwok,

When this occurs, is Touch ID dimmed in System Preferences?

There are a couple steps we’d like to have you try.

• When the issue occurs, turn off the keyboard off and on again, instead of your Mac. Note if there is any change.

• Connect the keyboard with the USB-C cable and see if that prevents the issue from occurring.

Thanks.

Dear Annie

Thanks for your reply first.

1: When this occurs the Touch ID still on.

2: This is one of the way to reactive the Touch ID to work, other way is restart the mini.

3: It work normal if I contact it by USB-C.

At yesterday I try to call the CS and she teach me to remove all finger and add again under the USB-C, it work over night, but this morning the screen is lock and I can't unlock by Touch ID.

I will try to keep looking what will happen and post here.
