No, it is in general, if I connect it or if I do not connect it, it restarts automatically every 3 minutes, and if I make a backup copy, it comes in the middle of the download and restarts, and this causes the backups to be reloaded, and so on, and I cannot make backups.
Does your phone restart every 3 minutes if you plug it in? If plugging it in temporarily resolves the problem back it up while plugged in.
That is almost certainly a hardware problem. Software that might cause restarts is either an installed VPN that is corrupted, or if you jailbroke the phone. Or possibly corrupted IP stack. For that, Settings/General/Transfer or Reset iPhone/Reset/Reset Network Settings. This will clear Wi-Fi passwords, but will not cause any data loss.

You can try to restore the phone to factory settings, then restore a backup:
If that does not fix the problem then it is a hardware problem.
