My Apple account has been disabled

I haven’t been able to download any app on Apple Store, it says that my account has been disabled on Apple store and on ITunes how do I fix this issue?

You can't do that yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
