iPhone 11 microphone does not work in calls.

Hello,

I have iPhone 11 on iOS 16.3.1, during calls microphone does not work unless i set it in loud mode. If i make call in others apps like What'sApp it works perfectly, VoiceMemo also works. All the microphone holes are clean, i've reset network settings, restart and force reboot the device and nothing hepls. I've even erased all data from the phone and started fresh, and it's still the same.

Could you help me with my problem? I don't want to return my iPhone for warranty because i don't have a backup phone.
