how can I prevent the old Apple ID from popping up, when I try to update my apps, despite having signed in with my new Apple ID?

Apple ID listed in popup box to update my apps is not my Apple ID How do I correct the AppleID to update my Apps. The popup box has an old name not the email address.

Deleting an old ID account I had an old Apple ID for work purposes on my phone. I now have my own Apple ID, but when I go to update my apps, it’s showing my old Apple ID, I can’t seem to change it to my current ID. So unable to update my apps

Delete and redownload the applications you're trying to update. It's stored inside them.
