I noticed that the lighting of the keyboard is uneven, you can see below a video I made the keys "Q,W,1,2,3,-,+" are more lit than the rest, while the other keys seem not to be lit.

This problem is not only on my Mac, I found at other owners with exactly the same problem the same keys:
MBP PRO M1(not mine)
MBP PRO i5(not mine)

It is just a backlight....
I would not be so picky about the backlight— I see no issue here.
If you can not get past it, then return the Mac and buy something else.

I would simply turn the house lights up a bit and don't fixate on the contrast.
