I changed my phone from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 12 promax and I realized that almost all the notes I had for 2023 are all gone… please help me with this, there are so many important documents there, I need to recover back my notes

Notes sync to one or more of the email servers that are set up on your phone, as well as locally on the phone. So first, have you reinstalled all of the email accounts you had on the old phone? The only notes that are transferred using QuickStart or restoring a backup are those shown under On My iPhone when you view Folders in the Notes app.
