Assuming that you are printing using AirPrint, you may find that your printer advertises print settings for double-sided printing. The relieved options, if available, will be Flip on Long Edge or Flip on Short Edge.

Flip On Short Edge will print the reverse side of the page inverted.

I thank you very much for your reply. I also apologize for not being more explicit about my question.

For example, I have a 2 page recipe. I know I can print double sided. The problem with that, is I must turn it over to read the second page. What I would like to know is how can I see and read page 2 by lifting up the bottom of page 1 to read page 2
