Mac constantly ejecting Time Machine external HD and other drives

For like ever, in the mornings, when I wake up my MacBook Pro, I'd get messages that my external hardrives had been disconnected, but they were already connected back. Most of my HDs are powered by the Mac; the Time Machine one is a standalone Seagate HD that is plugged into an outlet. Sometimes this would happen during the day, like if I left the computer sitting for a while.

Annoying but could deal with it.

The last week, when I wake up my Mac, I have the message that the Time Machine disconnected, but it pops up 50-100 times. Worst part of this is that you can't right click and "Close all these windows" so I have to single click EACH WINDOW! I ended up disconnecting my Time Machine for now.

Things that have changed recently:

• Upgraded to Ventura 13.2.1

• I changed my sleep settings on the Mac but that was like 3-4 months ago.

My setup:

• MacBook Pro 16" M1 Max

• Ventura 13.2.1

• 2 Studio Displays

• I have to use a Razer Thunderbolt 4 Chroma Hub for the monitors and the Time Machine is hooked up to that

• Seagate 4TB External HD

Anyone seeing this? I found old posts about this.

Thanks
