Do y'all not think that we should be able to just update the safari so the websites is up to date?

I have recently noticed that apple makes old safari unable to show websites and shows fewer search results and they are the same and that was not the case back in like 2019 0r 2020. I think apple should stop making up bs because at the end of the day we will all die so why use ppl for money so that we need to buy new laptops.
