If your number is active with your new Carrier and you are connected to your new Carrier on your iPhone, go to:
Then, restart your iPhone and go back and enable iMessages and FaceTime again. Then wait. It may take some time before your iPhone registers your phone number. Remember, if your number that has been moved is not yet active with your carrier, then you cannot register the number in FaceTime and iMessages. Also remember you must be connected to Wi-Fi or Cellular Data.
