I have owned an iPhone 13 since June and until now I have 100% battery condition is this normal?

Depending on your usage, yes. It’s not abnormal. On average, battery health will decline about 1% per month, but it is not linear. You may see a drop of several points at once or several months in a row, and a plateau for several months at a time.
