I made a large purchase at the Apple Store in October. I never received my 3% cash back. I have reached out to the bank several times and they say they will take care of it but they never have. How can I get my 3% cash back?

I have called 3 times and messaged twice before I called. They say they see i have not received it and will take care of it but still nothing and now it has been 5 months. Not like apple, very frustrating.
