How to scan documents from photo gallery? I have already taken a pic of a documents. Now I need to scan it . How to do it

You cannot scan a Photo, but you can copy the text on the document, which you can see in the picture, and then copy it into another document. You just "mark" the text and tap copy.
Demonstration:
If you want to scan a document. Then you can do it in the Files app.
Tap the Action button, in the upper right corner and select Scan Document.
