IPad screen glitching with horizontal lines

Hi, I’ve tried trouble shooting this myself before heading to an Apple Store as it will be a while until I can do so, but all of a sudden, my iPad display has been glitching. Barcode like lines make my screen glitch and impact the display, but nothing else fortunately. My iPad is fully updated, I’ve tried rebooting, restarting, etc to no avail. Every time I do so the glitch comes back within 10 or so minutes. I have not dropped or damaged my screen in anyway, I was just drawing and the glitching began.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as this is a new iPad (from December 2022) and I don’t know what is wrong. Images provided below.
