If you have previously purchased these apps since October 2013, you might be able to install compatible versions for Catalina. If you have not previously purchased them you will not be able to get them. The current versions available in the Mac App Store are only available to those running macOS Monterey or Ventura.

Open the Mac App Store, ensure you are signed in with the same ID you used to originally purchase the apps & hold down the option key while clicking the Purchases tab on your Catalina Mac. If you see Pages, Numbers, and Keynote with Update/Install buttons, it may offer to download a previous version of these applications compatible with Catalina.

In Mojave and later releases of macOS, one must enter ⌘+0 (zero) to get to the previous purchases panel in the Mac App Store. This changed from the option+Purchases tab in High Sierra and earlier.
