App Limits Disappear
I have set, reset and reset over a dozen times the app limits on my 13 with up to date software. It always disappears.

For concerns with App Limits, first ensure your device is up-to-date on iOS software per Update your iPhone or iPad. Then, confirm you are using the steps from Set up Screen Time for yourself on iPhone or Set up Screen Time for a family member on iPhone depending on who the limits are for. If not your own device, ensure the password for Screen Time is unique and not being guessed by the user.
If you still note this behavior after those suggestions, contact Apple Support to investigate further.
