itune cut money

hi I recived message that I should charge balance on itunes but several days ago itunes cut 10$ from my balance, which I can't see in my payment balance, hope you can help

How to see what you were charged for:

If you see "apple.com/bill" on your billing statement – Apple Support


If you are charged for a subscription you do not want:

you would need to cancel that, so you aren't charged regularly.

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple – Apple Support


If needed:

And if the money has been deducted (not pending):

How to:

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support

Wondering if you confirmed with the side button, so your balance updates $5 when it falls under $1.


If so, You could try re-starting your iPhone, then check your balance to see if the balance has updated. How to: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support


Else you can click the X at top right, and try again to set up Auto Reload for $10 if that is what you want.
