I'd like to organize the apps in Settings/Cellular alphabetically

Apps that can use cellular service are checked off [green barred] in Settings/Cellular Data - and I have a bunch turned off because I don't want them to use cell - but then when I need them I need to go thru the whole list to try to find the app I need to green bar and it's a pain = there is no logic [alpha, recency or whatever] to the list of apps. Is there a way to organize them so when I am looking for one I find it easily?
