What happens to family member's iCloud-synced photos if I remove him from Family?

Are the photos going to be deleted from his iCloud?

Nothing happens. They remain accessible in their iCloud account

Can my family members see my photos If my parents paid for my iCloud storage can they see my photos? If so how can I remove them from being able to see it.
