iPhone 11 is not able to receive cellular data !

My 2 year old iPhone 11 is not able to receive cellular data all of a sudden , there was no damage , no triggering events or what so ever! I contacted the customer care they said it was the carrier problem but I checked with the Carrier there was no issues with them ! After running a diagnostic test they say “ it’s because your phone is not receiving radio frequency signals and it can be a hardware problem” and if I want it to get replaced the cost would be the same as for a new iPhone ! This is not acceptable from their side ! Dunno what’s happening to the quality of the apple products ! Can someone help !

iPhone 11, iOS 16

Thank you so much for the response ! But they don’t replace the battery unless it’s below 80% , I think above 80 is good because they didn’t mention anything about battery issues after running a diagnostic test ,

! They told some hardware issue related to radio frequency signal , software was also fine they said , but now I’m facing a new problem after updating the software from the apple care ! A notification popped up and it’s not disappearing! I’ll attach a video file for better understanding!

A strong, healthy battery is necessary for a good radio signal. That max capacity is only an algorithmic estimate of a dynamic, chemical process – and so the battery could be weaker than the 81% suggests. The risk in not replacing the aging battery is that, if it fails during an iOS update, your iPhone can be 'bricked'.
