how to make a pdf from notes app

• Go to the note
• Tap the Share Button (square with arrow pointing up)
• Tap Markup. You can markup the note, but it is not required.
• Tap Done
• Tap Save File To...

This will allow you to save the file in your iCloud Drive. The pdf is now available in your Files app. Your iCloud Drive must be turned on in Settings > your name on top > iCloud > iCloud Drive.
