I have a new M2 laptop but cant use airdrop with my older 2011 Macbook pro (High Sierra) that also has airdrop. The older macbook pro can use airdrop with other older macs, but the M2 just will not see them. No USB on M2 as well so I cant exchange files (super frustrating).. does anyone know whats up with it? TIA

Thanks...but none of that works. The two machines just wont see each other. The M2 sees my iphone 11, nothing else. The macbook pro only sees older machines and not the m2 or iphone
