How do I find my location history on my iPhone like you can on google timeline

Unfortunately, you can't.
In the past you could use Significant Locations, but the function has changed so that it only shows the last 3 locations. In the future, you can use Google Maps to remember and show your location history.
Google Maps can be downloaded for free from the App Store.
