Sleep Focus Auto replies

No. The only focus that has the option for Auto-replies is Driving. You an let Apple know it's something you'd like to see in Sleep here:

Meanwhile, you can set Focus so that people know that you have notifications silenced. Settings>Focus>Focus Status>Share Focus Status>Sleep>On. You'll also need to go to Settings>Privacy & Security>Focus and enable Messages.
