I use Zoom on Ipad pro 5th gen and am unable to turn off center stage. Using Zoom, I am unable to turn off center stage. The icon to do so is available, but will not allow me to turn it off. I can easily turn off center stage in other apps. Help! I teach yoga online and I need the camera to remain static.
All apps are updated and I've been thru FAQs on both Apple & Zoom.

You are correct. I have experienced the same while using the Zoom app with Center Stage. The issue is with the Zoom app and I have alerted their support team. I recommend that you do the same here 👉 Zoom Support

Well that didn't go well over at Zoom. Without any response, they marked my ticket as "solved" and it's closed. That's very poor customer service in my opinion. Although there are posts from a few months back that claim it's an Apple problem, not theirs.
In my opinion, the app is developed and distributed by Zoom. Center Stage cannot be shut down in the Zoom app. In the end, it is Zoom’s responsibility to ensure that their app works to their standards on Apple’s iOS platform. Zoom should still take this up with Apple and get it resolved rather than just stating and ending at, “it is Apple’s problem”.

Observation:
The Zoom App was updated to version 43.3.2 just two days ago. Have you updated to - and tested with - this updated version?
My apologies - entirely my error - I mistakenly quoted version information for Webex, not Zoom.
v5.13.11 is indeed the current version of Zoom for iPad, this being released a week ago.
I agree with you. I was surprised at their reaction to my support ticket. Essentially, they dismissed me. Poor customer service IMHO
