Ipad (10th Gen) Ghost Glitching

Just got an ipad Gen 10 and now its been 5 days and the screen flickers with the magnification option constantly and you cant scroll. Acts like its processed. Tried software update, nothing, tried resetting it and still doing it, its unusable.

Be aware that if purchased directly from Apple (either online or from a physical Apple Store) within the last 14-days, you have benefit of being able to unconditionally return your iPad for exchange or refund. If you have any concerns whatsoever, or suspect a fault, you would be well advised to use this opportunity while it remains available to you.


After expiry of 14-days, should a fault be confirmed, Apple reserve the right to exchange the iPad for a renewed/reconditioned device of the same model and specification.
