Screen time glitch

I have multiple kid accounts set up with screen time restrictions. The restrictions keep randomly resetting, the kids do not know the code and I can toggle a setting and watch it reset right after so I know it’s not them doing it. Does anyone have a fix to this issue? I’m so tired of constantly trying to set up screen time restrictions and having them reset!! Or do I need to pay for a service from a third party since Apple can’t make it work correctly?
