deleting apps

i have family sharing on my iphone, and my parent/organizer of the group added something so that i couldn’t delete apps on my own phone. they do not know what the did you complete the action, and i am trying to enable it from their phone. the only feature i have access to is the ‘remove from home screen’ option. i’d really appreciate it if someone could let me know what i can do to disable the problem. thank you.
