Showtime subscription through Apple TV+ bundle not working

I subscribe to Showtime and Paramount+ through the Apple TV+ bundle. Normally I watch Showtime shows through the Apple TV app, but I haven't in a while. Today I was unable to access any Showtime content through the Apple TV+ app (the button under Watch Now for Showtime). I don't have a separate Showtime sign in, so I can't access it through the regular Showtime app. I checked in my Apple TV+ Account and it says my Paramount+ and Showtime subscriptions are active. I've even looked on Paramount+, and they tell me to access Showtime through Apple TV+. I've tried everything I can think of for the past 2 hrs, but I can't figure out how to access my paid Showtime subscription. What can I do to watch Showtime?

The Apple TV app Channel subscriptions require the Apple TV app. For Mac, that means that macOS 10.15 or later is needed. The Apple TV app is also available on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV box, select smart TVs, select third party streaming devices, and select cable boxes. Apple TV app Channel subscriptions are not available on the web, and not available through older macOS versions.

Find the in-app channels in the Watch Now tab of the Apple TV app, when signed in with the Apple ID account that has this subscription. When scrolling down, you should see the circular channel icons. Select there.

If your subscription is active but you still can’t access it on a supported device with up-to-date software, then contact Apple Support for further assistance.
