I created and named 6 different signatures using "edit signatures" in the Mail App, for when I compose or answer an email. None of them are available. They have corporate logos. I have Lockdown Enabled. Is that the problem?

I tried all that and only get a choice of "home" or "edit signatures" when I write an email. Here's a screenshot:
Thank you. I had forgotten to drag things from the middle column to the items in the list on the left. Now it is working great.
