I have a freeform board that contains some scribbles (via apple pen), some text (via keyboard), and some other elements.
As regards the handwritten elements, when I look at my Mac or iPhone, not every pen stroke is there. It's as if perhaps 20% of the strokes are absent. When I look on the iPad (on which I created the board), it's all there.
(Running Ventura 3.2.1 and iPad/iPhone os 16.3.1.)

We understand you're having trouble syncing notes.
Do these notes eventually sync over? Are you looking at these in real time or are you waiting a few minutes?
Try creating a note on your Mac or iPhone and seeing if those populate to your iPad.
You can help with syncing info:
Set up iCloud for Notes on all your devices

Hi. I'm having this issue too. It's been widely documented elsewhere on this forum. Pen strokes are simply disappearing everywhere except the original on iPad.
