Use Find My to find your cousin’s lost phone:

1: Login to find my with your cousin’s iCloud account

2: Click on his phone

3: The location should appear on the map.

OR:

(Your cousin’s Find My account would have to be setup and his iPhone must be the find my friends target. And on new IOS’s the find my friends is integrated in the Find My app.)

1: Go to find my friends

2: Your cousin will be there - that would be his phone depending on which device he selected for Find My Friends.
