Hello Becky—B,

Sounds like you're having issues with the Clock app and alarms. If the issue is happening with a specific alarm, what happens if you delete this alarm and create a new one for the same exact time? If the issue is only with this alarm, recreating it may solve the issue.

Here's how you could remove the alarm:

  1. Go to the Clock app
  2. Tap on the Alarms tab
  3. Tap Edit on the top right side of the screen
  4. Select the alarm with the issue
  5. Select the (-) remove option to remove the alarm
  6. Add the alarm back: How to set and change alarms on your iPhone - Apple Support

*When you set up the new alarm, we'd suggest selecting a default tone for testing purposes.

If the issue is resolved by recreating the alarm, then you should be good to go from here.

In case the issue continues to occur, please reply back with more information about what happens when this alarm doesn't work. For example, do you use an Apple Watch? Are you dismissing or snoozing the alarm from the Apple Watch? The more we can understand, the better we can help out.

Hoping to hear how it goes.

Take care.
