I try to activate iCloud on my other iMac. Both iMacs are in the same location. Every time I try to "update Apple ID settings" on the "new" iMac and log in into the Apple ID it says I should confirm this with the trusted device. I do not get the confirmation Message anywhere.

Log in to this link
Look in the Device Category on left
All Devices associated with your Apple ID should appear as listed there
Check each listed device and see which ones are listed a Trusted Devices
