Numbers pop up menu copy

To copy/paste a value from a pop up cell and have it not be another pop up cell, you can double click the destination cell (as if you were going to type some text) before pasting.

You can easily copy a cell formatted as Pop-Up Menu, just as you would copy any other cell: select, command-c, click in destination, command-v. The destination cell will then also contain that Pop-Up Menu

Is that what do you mean by "paste the values"?
