Zoom subscription refund

hello,

i have just noticed that my zoom subscription was billed today that i was planning to cancel. According to the zoom website, since i have not used any of the pro features and since it has not been 30 days after billing, it is refundable in this case if it was subscribed through zoom directly. However, i subscribed using appstore which is 3rd party, so I got an answer that I needed to contact apple for assistance.

Could i get the refund? Or at least I’m willing to pay for a monthly subscription.

i would appreciate any kind of assistance.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
