How to Correct iTunes Error 0x80090302

I have come across this error. I have added new albums to my itunes have in the past synched successfully and all needed songs are downloaded to my ios device. However, now when i add an album, I no longer can as I get the error, How to Correct iTunes Error 0x80090302 . I have tried all suggestions from logging out of my itunes account, deauthorize my pc and reauth it but nothing works. I no longer see the ability to upload to icloud library. I dont have any 3rd party antivirus software either. I have also attempted to repair my current install, but didn't resolve my said problem
