pairing iwatch

was told iPhone 6s with OS 15.7.3 would pair with iPhone 7.

when trying to pair message says iPhone out of date so will not pair.

That is true unless the series 7 watch (which is what I assume you meant) has already been updated to watchOS 8 or greater.
