My country is set to Spain. I also see those seasons on my iphone but when i tap play it opens up disney+. When I try to access the show on my mac by airdropping the show from my iphone i get "content unavaliable. This content is no longer available".
I remember watching the shows after purchasing them in this same house so they were accessible a year ago and now i cant even download it or even watch it without disney+.
edit: as for the link you provided it does not let me ask for a reimbursement for those items. only more current items. But this seems like theft to me. I spent $100 on a product with he expectation to be able to watch it later (obviously because this wasn't a steaming service purchase or something) and now its gone. It like if I bought a mac and then Apple is like "heres an update to your mac that will make it stop working".

Be aware that when you purchase you are buying the physical file, it will only be available to stream as long as it is in the store. It is always recommended to download and backup those purchases. They will not have control over if/when the studio decides to remove something from the store.
For issues with purchases from the iTunes Store, please contact the iTunes Store staff.
I see 15 seasons (2005–2021) and a 2010 Christmas special (a.k.a. S06E13) available in the US iTunes Store? That seems complete, afaik.
Are you signed in with the same Apple ID account as used for the purchase? You should.
Is your account set to the same country as when making the purchase? It should. What is the country as set for your account?
iTunes Store (ES) doesn’t sell TV shows. So you couldn’t have purchased it there. Availability of Apple Media Services - Apple Support. TV shows are sold in US, CA, UK, AU, DE, FR; not other countries. (DE and FR do not carry the mentioned show, though.)
If you changed the country for your account, then the new region Store applies, where the same content might not be available. You agreed to that. If you were to change it back to the former country, then those purchases would become available again.
You may request a refund for items from your purchase history, but it is staff decision ultimately. Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support.
Interesting. I havent changed my account location since I moved to Spain years and years ago. And I remember the change deleted all my apple pay cards. I also remember streaming the show off my phone to a roku. I must have entered the US store somehow and purchased it. I guess I can still access the shows through my US account and I am satisfied with that. Thank you!
