i cannot connect to wifi

why can i not connect to wifi despite the wifi signal being turned on and saing that it's connected

For Wi-Fi difficulties you'll want to take the steps below:


  1. Check for issues with your Wi-Fi network
  2. Check your cables and connections
  3. Restart
  4. Reset your network settings

Should that still continue is this happening with multiple Wi-Fi networks, or just a specific one?
