Repair phone error 1035 for voicemail

Did anyone figure out how to get voicemails to work after receiving the error 1035 code

I get Error 1304 on my iPhone when trying to set up my voicemail, greeting, etc. For some reason when I switched phones, I have no voicemail set up. My greeting I’ve had for 10 years is gone. I try to fix it and it pops up Apple, mobile phone air 1304 whatever the hell that means please advise.

Voicemail error 1035 Does anyone know how to fix the error to setup my voicemail? When I try to save a custom voicemail message, it says 'The operation couldn't be completed. (com.apple.mobilephone error 1035.) I have tried to hold '1' on the phone keypad, and it does not allow me to bypass the error.

Voicemail is a cellular carrier function. Seek their assistance.
