Problem with retrieving pkpass files

I tried to forward an email containing a boarding card in pkpass format, and the result was that now there is a permanent pop up of a Fw email and if I try to open it the email app crash down. My email box appear as following picture

iPhone 13, iOS 16

  2. Remove and and re-add your email account: Add and remove email accounts on iPhone
