Вход в App Store

не могу войти в app store - пишет Сбой подключения к App Store. Ввожу там учетную запись и пароль и после раздумья пишет Сбой выполнения входа. Все стандартные способы (перезайти в учетную запись, обновить ПО, настроить время, сброс сети, перезагрузка) не помогают!
