I have a iphone 8 and everytime I take a photo in snap it makes the shutter noise and it does it even when audio is on mute and on silent mode and it only happens in snap and not the normal camera, any idea how to mute it?

Sorry no. If it happens using Snapchat app only, I suggest that you contact their support/developer team and ask them.
