After purchase of additional storage no storage is reflecting on my cloud what will be the reason ! Payment deducted! Did my best with sign off and log in Apple ID back up with latest iOS everything but still no storage seen

You did a great steps, but to ensure that you’re checking the iCloud storage not the iPhone storage please follow this steps : Go to Settings > Tap on your name > iCloud > and see if the more storage is showing up.
if the storage still won’t showing up, try restart your iPhone, another thing you can do is sign in with your iCloud account in this link ☞ https://www.icloud.com/ to check your iCloud storage if it showing there, if all of that doesn’t help Contact Apple Support

Perform New iCloud Sessions:
Log out of iCloud on all of your devices, and then log back in one at a time. Perhaps it all needs to resync?
