Why does it show in my recent call list answered on a other device? This happened once before, and lots the last two days.Concerned someone is hacking my phone!

Recent Call Lists I have iPhone XS Max. My recent call list shows two numbers clubbed. For instance, Here the first number is one that’s recently used, and the second number is some random number either from my contacts list or unknown numbers. Does anyone else is facing this? Why are unknown calls not appearing in recents on my iPhone? Suddenly, I’m getting a bunch of unknown, incoming calls that have numbers on caller ID when phone rings, but none are left on either side of the Recents list, so I cannot block the number. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

The Recent Calls are synced between devices that are signed into iCloud with the same Apple ID. Do you or your family have another phone or device using the same Apple ID?
