Frustrating when you can’t delete an app on Apple Watch. The real estate is so limited, and frankly, I don’t need an app to help me wash my hands 🤣. Is there a way to hide them or move aside so I can find what I really need?

I am afraid not all apps can be deleted or hidden.
If you want to see only a small number of apps, you can use the Dock. The Dock will appear when you push the side button. You can put just your most used apps in the Dock, and they will stay away from the confusion of the app list. The following tells you how to choose the apps you want for your Dock:
