Request a refund

I have been billed $7.72 the last 3 months on my credit card for an Apple Purchase. When I go to reportaproblem.apple.com and request a refund, they ask me to search for my purchase history and the $7.73 does not show up in my purchase history, so I can't go any further. How to I get help to get this resolved?

1.

For sure check the following Apple articles:

2.

If the invoice is not from Apple, was the money deducted by a stranger?

Contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when.

Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.

Ask also your bank to block your card, and ask a new card.

Also report to the police.
