Here is how to better secure your iPhone: Personal Safety User Guide - Apple Support

Use Safety Check for this case.

While compromises and exploits of iPhone are possible, all available evidence indicates they’re quite rare on current iOS versions, and usages are quite targeted. Usual security problems most of us will encounter are with phishing, and compromised passwords and passcodes, and locally compromised security such as known passwords or unencrypted backups and such, known social media passwords, maybe hardware keyloggers or other hardware installed on desktops or such when physical access has been available to your adversary, etc.

The situation here also matters: if you’re having a particularly bad breakup with a multi-millionaire or billionaire or otherwise with access to tooling worth and costing millions, or an investigative journalist or high-profile political dissident, yes, the calculations and risks for exploits can shift. Most of us, not so much.

If the situation has potentially been ongoing for a year or longer, then there is little or nothing that new that can be suggested, either. You will have already received what suggestions and help is possible via a forum, and suggestions and help which clearly did not work out for whatever the issue might be here. Which means more specialized assistance with whatever the problem might be here, whether technical issues with hardware or software, or otherwise.

If you’re interested in learning about digital forensics and incident response (it’s not at all what Hollywood shows), there are books and resources available, and you will want to learn about indications of compromise, about automated scanning tools, and also about the iOS kernel and about what is normal chatter. And also about not posting potentially or actually sensitive data.

Posting of screenshots of random reports found in telemetry and logs is not useful for detecting malware. No evidence of malware is shown here, either. Just the usual chatter. And across all of the folks and all of the screenshots of all of the telemetry that’s been posted around here, I’ve yet to see any evidence of iPhone compromises posted as forum screenshots. Buggy apps here and there, iOS bugs, and networking and hardware issues, sure. Malware, not so much.

Me. Hoffman thank you. So why do I have two imei numbers ? Shouldn’t have just one ? Also I get about 15-20 random pop ups a day as well as my cell signal seems to cut out my friends say they been calling but I don’t get missed calls. The keypad make the beeps sometimes sometimes no. I have turned off things many times and then had to turn them back off multiple times a day the last couple weeks. My iCloud area at the top of settings can’t be accessed all of a sudden today. And then I have random messages that I have opened come back as new . Then my phone will day but turn back off in ten seconds or less. These are just some of the daily issues. As a phone user. Then looking at those data sheets. I saw this. Thank you very much for ur help. And my guess is a new guy with tech expirence. she had access to my two old phones and then gave me her XR which I’m using now and the screen is basically off. One a i11 and other a i8 both of which looked like someone took something from the ear and mouth of the phones completely shattered. if you look in data one of the models is 11,8……. So thank you so much you guys for your time. So there was a ton of Siri search feedback but I haven’t used Siri once. And I keep getting the same notification in the control center. And the icons look a little unsharp and not always in the right spot. I have had iPhones for 7 years. And the aesthetics are just funny . Again a more expirecnces situation is required. I just don’t know where is this a crime. Cuz In all seriousness it’s almost like being bullied at school.

Somebody spending millions of dollars spent to exploit you (and to exploit you badly, given all the issues you’re reporting here), versus having recently acquired somebody else’s problematic iPhone XR?

An iPhone XR is ~two to ~five years old.

All of the reported issues—here ignoring your forays into mundane telemetry—may well indicate a hardware problem with that recently-acquired (used) iPhone XR.

Siri and the rest are all part of iOS, whether you happen to use those features or not. As for (not) using Siri, one of the images shown above indicates Siri was active, too.

Make an appointment and bring the iPhone in to Apple or an Apple authorized service provider for hardware diagnostics.

I forgot to say this is my third phone in 3 weeks all of them sort of same issue. To me I beilieve he rooted the phone maybe the other two were androids sorry I was upset earlier I will for sure do that. It’s weird I cannot click on my name for iCloud at the top of settings. I read Siri active yes I still have not activated her. Model of the phone was a weird thing. Cuz it shows two models XR and 11,8. Like I had said so ya. Hopefully Apple can help I do not believe this is random and it was more than likely I’m thinking I custom os giving me sticky screen and all the dumb stuff.but the device is active and has developer control of my iCloud I dunno the exact words that I seen but at the top of page . Thanks a lot I’m embarrassed to go In that’s y I have waited
